Concerts
Each year Singing Members present a Christmas Concert, a Mid-Winter Concert, and a Spring Concert. These have been held at Verizon Hall, the Academy of Music, the Union League, the 23rd Street Armory, the Zellerbach Theater at Upenn, and the Devon Horse Show Grounds. Musical selections span choral classics, spirituals, show tunes, American Song-book standards, folk songs, pop favorites, light classical, sea shanties, and novelty tunes.
Each Associate Member receives FOUR tickets to each concert.
Revels
The Revels is an irreverent musical comedy written and performed by the men of Orpheus at the Clubhouse in Center City. A party follows with a light buffet and more music. It’s an evening of pure delight!
Each Associate Member can reserve TWO seats to a performance of his/her choosing, subject to availability. Founder Circle Members can reserve FOUR seats!
Afterparties
Associate Members may also reserve up to four spaces for the post-Christmas concert festivities at the Clubhouse, on a first-come basis. Make required reservations via the member portal and payments by credit card or check. The per attendee charge includes hors d’oeuvres, informal singing and often dancing!
New Associate Member Parties
New Associate Members are invited to join us at the Orpheus Clubhouse for an evening of singing, food, and mingling.
Other Invitations
Associate Members receive email invitations to special events such as special cabaret performances, the Associate-judged Singing Member Quartet Contest, the Christmas Party, and other events where members and guests enjoy hors d’oeuvres and entertainment at the Clubhouse or at other fine venues. RSVP and make payments via the online member portal. Events will be announced throughout the season!

Invite your friends and family to join in the unique social and musical experiences provided by the Orpheus Club! If you would like to propose a friend or family member for Associate Membership, please reach out to our Associate Member Chairman at associatechair@orpheusclub.org.
Associate Members that successfully propose 5 or more new Associate Members for election during the season will receive a complimentary upgrade to Founders’ Circle Membership for the next season.
Tiers of Membership
Once you have submitted your application and have received favorable election (elections are held September through May) by the Singing Members, you will be billed for annual dues according to your membership category:

Founders Circle Associate Member*: $1,000

Associate Member: $495

Associate Member (under 35 years of age): $395
(monthly billing now available for all Membership levels)
Associate Membership includes:
- Four invitations to the three annual concerts,
- Two invitations to a performance of The Twelfth Night Revels at the Orpheus Clubhouse,
- Invitations to additional events, which are priced separately.
Founders Circle Associate Membership offers additional exclusive benefits:
- reserved seats for all concerts
- early-bird reservation for The Twelfth Night Revels at the Orpheus Clubhouse
- two additional tickets to The Twelfth Night Revels
- pre-concert dinners for 2 guests before the Christmas or Mid-Winter concerts
- admission for 2 guests for one of the concerts afterglows
Dues can be paid in full every 12 month, or monthly, upon election to the Orpheus Club. Dues will be considered owed if the Member does not resign membership, in writing.
If the Associate Member dues change, you will not be charged until the Orpheus Club contacts you and obtains your approval. You may cancel the auto-renew option at any time by providing written notice to the club office via mail or email at least 30 days before the renewal of your annual billing date.
